Returns Policy

Our Guarantee

We hope it will not be necessary to return a gift purchased from our site, however if for any reason you are unhappy with any gift bought from Past Time Gifts, please return it within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange it or refund the cost.

If you need to return a gift because of an error on our part or because of a defect, we will refund the full cost of the gift and your return postage charges. In all other cases you will be refunded the cost of the gift only and not the postal charges. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel your order prior to desptach at no extra charge. Once the goods have been shipped, or have been received, you have seven days to notify us (by recorded letter, email or fax) of your intention to return the goods, although you will be required to pay for the cost of return. The goods must be received by Past Time Gifts in a fully resaleable condition. However, we cannot accept returns on any perishable item (including food), personalised goods (inc the memory tins), or any CDs/DVDs where the protective wrapping has been removed.

If the goods received are found and proven to be faulty, you are entitled to return the goods. If however the goods have been damaged in transit, then you must take this up with the carrier directly. We aim to provide goods that are fit for purpose.
