Payment and Shipping

All gifts featured on Past Time Gifts are held by us, in stock ready for immediate dispatch.

Payment

Payment can be made online using our secure payment handler, PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase a gift from our site. You can use any UK debit or credit card to pay for gifts. PayPal use industry-standard 128bit SSL security to protect payment and card details.

Delivery Policy

Gifts for your family, friends or colleagues can be delivered direct to their home or work address anywhere in the UK. Alternatively you can have the gifts delivered to you at your home or work address.

Please ensure the correct postal address is provided for the recipient, including the full postal code. In the unlikely event that the gift has been returned to us because delivery was not possible and the parcel has not been claimed by the intended recipient, the customer is liable for the additional cost involved.

Standard Delivery

By 1st Class Royal Mail, delivery is normally within 2 to 3 working days following the day of dispatch. (Longer at busy times like Christmas).

Overseas Delivery

By Royal Mail Airmail, delivery is normally within 5 to 7 working days following the day of dispatch. (Longer at busy times like Christmas).

Christmas Delivery

Due to the volume of orders during the Christmas period we are not always able to an exact timescale of delivery of Christmas gifts. Last order for Christmas delivery must be made by 2 pm on 17th December.
