Q: Can I send my gift direct to the person whose birthday/celebration it is?

Absolutely! When you have chosen your item, you will be taken to the secure online Paypal page to make your payment. Within this screen is the opportunity to add a personal message and different delivery details as you require. We will then contact you if we either have any questions, or simply when the item has been shipped.

Q: When will my items be delivered?

A: Past Time Gifts offers a standard delivery for our birthday, anniversary and Christmas gifts, which you will see on the product page. Standard Delivery will be as per Royal Mail First Class and you should therefore allow 2/3 days from point of shipping. By Royal Mail Airmail, delivery is normally within 5/7 working days following the day of dispatch. We will notify you when your order has shipped, but please contact us if you have not received the item within 5 days, (Standard Delivery) or 10 days (Airmail Delivery). Items carry different charges for standard delivery depending on their weight and size; you will be notified of the exact cost to be billed no the Paypal payment page, prior to you completing the purchase.

Q: If I make a purchase are my card details safe?

All our online payments are handled by PayPal. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with PastTimeGifts. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction.

The information practices of PayPal have been reviewed and meet the standards of the Better Business Bureau's BBBOnline Privacy Programme.

Q: Can I return an item?

A: If you are unhappy with an item, you are entitled to return it. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information. We do hope that you will be pleased with the quality of items on offer and are happy to offere exchanges or refunds as appropriate.
